01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of atrentix.com (the “Site”), operated by Atrentix LLC (“Atrentix,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02Services and client agreements
The Site describes Atrentix’s paid media and advertising technology services. It is informational and does not itself create a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work or insertion order. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
03Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping, overloading or malicious code
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
04Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Atrentix name, wordmark, text, design and code, are owned by Atrentix LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, modify or distribute its content without our written permission.
05No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, auction dynamics, market conditions and client-side operations. Any examples, metrics or descriptions on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result.
06Third-party services and links
The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, such as advertising networks, that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
07Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atrentix LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atrentix LLC from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
